The Balance of Teaching and Learning

How am I going to continue carving out time to reenergize myself as a learner during the busy schedule of the schoolyear? Yesterday I looked at some new online offerings. These webinars (as they called it) looked great. I could register and listen to a stream for free. But it is scheduled during the school day. So, this won't help me. It looked like there were once a month podcasts. The topics were perfect for me. I guess I am getting so accustomed to the time shifters phenomenon. I like being able to record something and access it when I am available. I am hoping this will be more of an option for teachers in the near future.
